Brilliant Improvements At Eco Cleaning Fairies!
In January 2018, we changed from acting as a cleaning agent to fully employing our fairies.
This feels great!
Finally we are able to be the dream cleaning company we have always wanted to be!
For us to be able to employ our fairies, we had to reformat the whole company. It was a lot of work but totally worth it as we now have a super slick, simple payment system for our clients.
It goes like this:
The Fairies log their hours at the end of the month
We invoice each of our customers for the exact amount of hours they have received around the 28th
We pay the fairies on the last day of the working month
The invoiced amount is collected via Go Cardless Direct Debit. It couldn’t be simpler!
When you come on board, we now come to meet you and your home to do a special cleaning plan tour so we can thoroughly understand your homes cleaning needs. This is proving very successful. It means the fairies are truly confident completing what our customers would like them to do in the allotted time. We appreciate every home is different and we love all the beautiful homes we get to meet!
If you need extra hours doing, say, to clean your windows, or to keep your fridge and oven hygienic and sparkling, you can call us up and we will contact your fairy to arrange these. If they can’t do it then we have 35 other fairies to ask if they can help instead.
We are now recruiting monthly using our new thorough 5 tier interview process to vet, and make sure we have the finest Eco Cleaning Fairies on board.
Our vision of offering a consistent, 5 star service is totally happening as we have so many quality fairies and are able to do regular customer checks. This enables us to give constructive feedback during our quarterly Performance Development Reviews with each fairy. It feels great knowing how happy our customers are!
We want to thank, from the deepest depth of our Eco Cleaning Fairies heart, all our loyal customers, and fairies that have stayed with us during this part of our Journey.
It was 10 years ago last November that I first birthed as an Eco Cleaning Fairy and it's marvelous to see how it has grown over this time.
It’s been a real adventure meeting all the lovely homes and businesses we have had the pleasure of cleaning. The same goes for all the incredible Eco Cleaning Fairies we have had on our team over this time, the ones who that have flown in and nested, as well as those who have flown on to other pastures.
