Privacy Notice

General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), that comes into effect May 25, 2018. To help comply with GDPR this is our privacy notice.

 

When you come onboard at Eco Cleaning Fairies we need to collect certain data to be able to send you your agreement, our terms/conditions/insurance and to be able to come to your home to do the cleaning tour plan which enables us to complete your high quality cleans.

 

The info we will need to do this is:

Name

Address

Email

Telephone number

Do you have any pets?

 

For payments, Go Cardless will receive your bank details so we do not have access to these unless we ask you for them to be able to issue you a refund. If we have your details they remain in our bank account but not in the database.

 

This information will be collected by Jo Herring our Head of Enquiries or Jules Gordon our managing director or Julie Honeywell our Fairy manager.

 

Once we have collected it we store it in the cloud using Zoho as our Database software.

 

Occasionally we would love to send you news of extra deep cleaning services we will be offering (seasonally), our latest blog posts and info on other useful wholesome local companies that we wish to affiliate with. If you wish to receive this then please opt-in to say that you wish to keep hearing from us.

 

If you wish to no longer receive these emails then hit the ‘Unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of the page.  If you are no longer one of our customers we will delete all data we hold for you.

 

If you are still our customer and don’t want to receive our extra emails then hit ‘Unsubscribe’ and we will take you off the mailing list.
